Notes: Sakireeta comprises a single species, S. madreeya, which was previously known as Tiarosporella madreeya. This genus is distinguished from the closely related Tiarosporella by conidiomata that are aggregated in a stroma, and being plurilocular whereas, Tiarosporella has solitary unilocular conidiomata. In addition, Sakireeta has holoblastic conidiogenous cells (Crous et al. 2015b).
